book will also be available in the USA/Canada and Australia, as we have
set up distributors in these countries. Expect to see the book on the
shelves by June/July 2005. If your bookstore does not carry the book but
you believe they should, pass them the ISBN number (listed above) and
they can contact us directly.
Countries currently sent to: AUSTRALIA, CANADA, CHINA*, FRANCE, MALAYSIA*, SINGAPORE*,TAIWAN*, THAILAND*, UK and the US. (If your country is not listed, don't worry, just enquire at the email listed below and indicate where you are from. We just need to ensure the shippings costs are covered sufficiently in the rates). All orders will be sent via regular air mail service or Speedpost* -- this is the least expensive service other than surface mail (which means a ship) which would take a long time to get to you. (Remember we are in Hong Kong). Courier services such as Fedex and DHL can be provided if you need it urgently, however it is VERY costly, sometimes more than the cost of the book.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is US$15 for the first book; US$10 for each additional copy.
