| Hi to everyone that is on my newsletter/mailing list. For those that might have been following my website development, the four sections of my website are up and I've grouped them into the following categories: 1) NYP Weddings, 2) Commercial Photography, 3) The Asian Male and finally, 4) Norm Yip Fine Art. The reason for this development is to allow both existing and new viewers to my website to easily find what they are looking for. | |

NYP Weddings, the first section caters obviously to my wedding photography. With an auspicious 2006 for getting married, it will mean a lot of wedding jobs to keep me occupied during the fall and winter months. If you have a friend getting married, let them know about my photography. My wedding photography work has gained a reputation in Hong Kong for it's spontaneity and photo-journalistic style. The second section of my website entitled 'Photography' caters to the increasing work in my commercial arena. Nothwithstanding that much of my work has been geared towards the artistic side, I find that there is a unique market in Hong Kong that is looking for a more creative approach to photography and printed matter. More particularly, those that are already in the design arena such as fashion, interiors and product design, photography will play a more vital role to showing clients their capabilities and design strengths. If you have a project in mind, please contact me with details of your photographic needs. |

The Asian Male is the third section, which many of those readers in my last update already know about this revamped sectioning of my passsionate photography is up and running. Take note of my latest guy Derrick photographed Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia -- a guy I photographed for the first time while showering. Very wet, very hot. Although my work in the Fine Art section has waned in the past year or so, it was nevertheless a very integral part of my development toward realizing who I was and my direction in life. And as such, it will remain my most personal vision, where my painting, drawings and fine art photography will reach an audience of a different beat. |

As the photography is already underway for the second edition of 'The Asian Male - 2.AM', I have decided to seek out suitable sponsors in the creation thereof. If you or someone you know would like to associate themselves, either as an individual or as corporate body/company, then I would like to hear from you. As the making of such a book takes more than just film and models, any help or support would be greatly appreciated in return for a special 'sponsors' page in the book and promotional material with your name/logo.
