Elemental Series

The Elemental Series is a body of abstract paintings rooted in the fundamental shapes of the triangle, circle, and square. Each work deliberately avoids representation and narrative — a conscious response to the relentless negativity and noise of contemporary media. In stepping away from storytelling, I wanted to return to something more universal and enduring; the pure aesthetics of form, structure, and the tactile qualities of paint itself.

In making these works, I replaced traditional brushes with kitchen towels and palette knives — a deliberate decision to break from routine and allow the paintings to emerge with greater independence from my own hand. Through this process, the series seeks to highlight the raw interplay of geometry, composition, and material.
