The Urban Geometry series of paintings are abstract artworks that delve into line, colour, and layering. Inspired by city grids, motherboards and transportation systems, the paintings consist of simple overlapping lines and ultra flat colour fields. Although the design is initially conceived of paper and computer, the paintings are painted by hand, where exacting detail and patience is required. The first subset of paintings are entitled “Metrowire”.
