Prior to my departure from Hong Kong, I was delighted to have Poliform offer to display several of of my favourite artworks in their showroom for an indefinite period of time. All artworks are available for sale.
Arcadia, No. 5, or Blue Planet II is a large 122 x 122 cm painting depicting the blue planet floating in the landscape of Arcadia, the mythical land of the Asia. Earth, covered mostly in water, is an expressed in a smothering globulous blue paint while Arcadia is impressionist and painterly.
In addition to the Blue Planet, are two minimalist graphite drawings One III (2000) and Embryo of the Soul II (2002). The two drawings are some of my earliest works that delve into the nature of humanity, consciousness and the universe.
