Feature

Personal Portraiture & more….
Portrait photography is one of the areas where I excel in — whether you are a CEO, emerging trance DJ, or a contortionist, entrust me to take your photograph that transcends the ordinary selfie.
Art Prints by NYVA Studio
Having recently acquired an Epson printer and experimented with various fine art papers, I have now decided to offer fine art prints of selected projects. Take a look and see the artworks I’ve selected. All artworks are personally inspected for color accuracy and embossed with the NYVA Studio logo for authenticity. Rest assured that you will have an original artwork to be treasured for many years.
The Asian Male Project

The seminal work of my Asian male photography started in 1999, years before the advent of digital cameras, where I began shooting fine art nudes. As Asian men in media are just making its mark in the west, my work is a testament to the growing popularity of what I saw coming long ago. The link will take you to The Asian Male Project website.

Fashion, Style and Beauty
Are you a fashion designer looking for a level of sophistication that only a trained professional can capture? My photography is simple and aesthetically classical yet modern in it’s execution. Entrust me with photographing your next campaign shoot.
Lifestyle
A lifestyle photography shoot is creating a mood or atmosphere to sell your product. Normally these types of shoots are conducted on location, but sometimes, due to constraints such as weather, they are recreated in a studio.
Publications by Norm Yip
I have published several photography books in The Asian Male series on fine art nudes of Asian men. These books have garned the attention of international audiences. The photographs have been exhibited in solo exhibitions in New York and Bangkok.
