From Gaia, No. 7: Gaia, No. 7 begins to introduce the planet into the composition, and the leaf which symbolizes organic life. Norm’s recent interest in gardening and witnessing the emergence of cotyledons from a seed to a full grown plant captivated both his mind and soul. And from there, his thirst for knowledge on plants, soil, sunlight and water began.

Gaia, No. 8 is a variation of Gaia, No. 7 and introduces a second leaf into the composition that faces the opposite direction. This symbolizes the symbiotic nature of plants as they grow, die and regenerate.
