This is the second artwork creation since my move from Hong Kong to Canada. Although I am in a new environment, I was searching for something familiar to work with and I felt the Arcadia series was not exhausted. I could continue my journey into the planets, moons or objects set against a mystical background of an unknown place. With a limited working environment, I managed to create a small space in which to work. The result is Arcadia, No. 8, a delightful expressive painting with the central orb of the Harvest Moon floating in the land of Arcadia.
